My card isn’t working?
We’ve been told that some of you are experiencing technical issues during payment — valid cards are sometimes being reported as invalid. We’ve contacted our platform and they are investigating the problem.

Where can I find my receipt and subscription details?
You’ll find them in the email account you used when signing up.
Can’t find them there? Make sure to check your spam/junk folder as well!
How do I unlock the club episodes?
Just follow the instructions in the email you received when you signed up.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the email you received when you signed up, you’ll find instructions on how to cancel your subscription. You will still have access to the subscription content until the next renewal date, after which it will be locked again.
Why does the club cost money?
Right now, all of our work is done voluntarily. We want to continue offering our listeners a free podcast, and we hope that a voluntary subscription can help fund part of the show.
I have Spotify Family, but I can only play on one device?
Unfortunately, Spotify’s podcast subscription system is separate from their regular plans. We think it’s just as strange as you do — if you pay for a family account, it really should be included. Sadly, we don’t have any control over their platform, and there are no free accounts we can give out within Spotify’s system.
What you can do is copy the URL from your registration email and paste it into another podcast app (for example Apple Podcasts or another podcast player). Then you’ll be able to access the paid episodes on another device as well.
